Bright sunlight pours through the skylights in the recently renovated 2nd floor artist warehouse space. The clean design of the open work area offers a fresh area to think creatively, develop ideas, and get inspired. Whether you prefer a chair at one of the large handmade tables, a newly designed cubicle, or private office, a membership to 400 Co-Working will provide you with free Wifi, printing and copy services, a conference room, unlimited coffee, tea, snacks, and 24/7 access for all.

Large Office

 11’x15′ space enough for up to 3 people. Priced at $500 per month and rented with a 3 mo. commitment. Furnished with desk and shelves, exposed brick, skylights, standard printing use, and 20 hours of scheduled conference room time.

Small Office

100 sqft furnished with room enough for 2 employees. Priced between $300-$350 per month. Furnished with desk and shelves, exposed brick, skylights, standard printing use, and 20 hours of scheduled conference room time.

400 West Rich Co-Working space is in the heart of the new Franklinton Arts District.  Just steps away are Strongwater, Land Grant Brewery, Rehab Tavern, and food trucks to grab a bite to eat or have a happy hour drink with clients and friends. There are a variety of great arts organizations within a few blocks of the building where you can try out glass blowing at Glass Axis, 3D Modeling and welding at Idea Foundry, or check out a great new art opening at the Vanderelli Room. Franklinton is also home to the newest gallery hop in Columbus.  Art lovers stroll the neighborhood every 2nd Friday of the month for Franklinton Fridays, visiting over 12 art spaces and exhibitions collecting art, meeting new people, and watching the neighborhood grow.
