On the second friday of each & every month, join us at 400 West Rich on Franklinton Friday, a local arts, music, and food venture! We’re settled right next to the Scioto River, and just a ten minute walk from the downtown area.

400 West Rich is a renovated, multifunctional arts complex with rentable private studios, galleries, and an open-floor co-working space. We hold events and exhibitions throughout the year, promoting the work of over 150 resident artists!

There are four distinct gallery areas curated for each Franklinton Friday, while our promenade is decorated with local vendors and tenant shops, you’re sure to pick up something new and interesting with each visit! The OSU Steam Factory has a team of faculty and students who bring something innovative and educational each month, aiming to share the impact of campus scientific research.

If you’re not in the mood to stray too far from the commotion, there are always top-notch food trucks parked right by our doors, so don’t be shy about bringing your appetite. If you’re feeling bold about other options, be sure to stop by Strongwater Food & Spirits for an exquisite dining experience in a vibrant & rustic atmosphere. Our local neighbors, Land Grant, Brewdog, and the Rehab Tavern always offer a cold brew & bite to eat.
